I was extremely frustrated with the air conditioning situation. The room was hot and stuffy because the AC was centrally controlled and it didn't cool the room effectively. Even after asking for a fan, it barely helped. I had to suffer the entire night in discomfort. I expected better for the price we paid.

The decor was so elegant, blending traditional and modern styles beautifully. The lobby area was welcoming and spacious, making it easy for us seniors to navigate, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile.
Better air conditioning for warmer nights would be nice.

The breakfast spread at Dai-Ichi Hotel was a delightful way to kick off the day, featuring homemade miso soup that felt like a warm hug! Plus, the nearby dining scene is a treasure trove—Habataya's ramen and Ganso Naniwaya Honten's tempura are must-tries that legit stole my heart. Also, the staff's exceptional service is the cherry on top!
While we enjoyed our stay, it would’ve been sweet if the communal microwave got a deep clean and the TV was easier to operate for non-Japanese speakers. Also, managing luggage to the airport was a bit of a trek, especially with kids in tow.

great view but a bit far from the main station
The room offered an enormous view, truly a highlight of my stay. It was also cozy enough for two people, providing a comfortable experience.
The location required more than a 10-minute walk from the JR station, which was inconvenient at times.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the spacious triple room with a breathtaking city view and the convenience of charging devices all at once. The on-site spa offered amazing massage options that helped us unwind after a day of exploring. Although the bathroom could’ve used a little updating, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and I highly recommend trying the delicious breakfast spread! 🌟

The hotel's excellent location near the subway made exploring Tokyo easy. The shuttle to Disney parks was a big plus. However, the decor did feel outdated, and cleanliness could be improved. Still, the staff was friendly and accommodating during our six-night stay.
